For data collected with regards to enquiries: Once your enquiry has been dealt with, we will remove your data from our systems within 6 months, unless you choose to receive future communications from us.

Data collected may be used by the University for research purposes, but will only be accessed within the UK and European Union. Any data used for published research will be fully anonymised.

What we do not do with this information

We do not give, sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party under any circumstances, with the exception of information required to meet our contractual obligations.

What are your rights over your personal data?

You have the right to request:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you (free of charge in most cases).
  • The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
